LACBA HONEY BEE PESTICIDE DIE-OFF QUESTIONNAIRE

LACBA will use data from this Honey Bee Pesticide Die-Off Questionnaire to track and quantify pesticide misuse and to lobby for improved spray alerts. The Pesticide Incident information you provide will also be forwarded to the LA County Agricultural Commissioner's Environmental Protection Bureau which investigates all pesticide misuse incidents in LA County.
